  Maverick provided a free promotional item on the app. I clicked on item, and it showed "Find a Maverick" which this store popped. You would think because it popped up they would have it. Wrong! They have slurpees and asked if that could be substituted, and they said no. The cashier suggested I go up to the other store miles away. The manager suggested I go to the one in Ankeny. Why would I drive around to see if they have it? Asked if they could substitute something else and said there was nothing they could do. I am sure they can because it is a discretion call at this point. Avoid this Maverick! Maverick's strategy to offer something free and get me to the store worked, but the poor customer service did not.
