They also kindly squeezed us in last-minute when the check engine light came on before our departure, so we were able to be on our way with only a minor delay.
- SOSteven OlsonAug 1, 20265.0Took my daughter’s van to get engine work diagnosed. They didn’t have the diagnostic tester needed and referred me to go to the dealer to get the testing done. Originally, I was quoted a diagnostic fee of $175. Since they didn’t have the equipment needed to do the test, I asked what the charge was. Jimmy told me there was no charge, since they were unable to do the test. I told him that is the kind of INTEGRITY I’ve been looking for! When I find a business like this, I keep going back to this shop! It’s hard to find this kind of integrity in the world today.

They told me the manager would call me the following monday but they never called so i ended up stoppin in on wednesday to see whats up. The manager said, "they probably couldnt do anything about it". And two days since, I'm still waiting for a resolution. (He offered me a free oil change for scratching my wheels). Unfortunatley, i just want 4 wheels without scratches.
