  If you need a rental, please don’t rent from these guys. I was threatened to have my truck towed for simply parking in an open space instead of the side lot which is basically the La Brae Tarpits especially after a hard rain. Had an employee come after me with these threats and so appalled that a customer can’t park in these spots that has no signage other than looking like every other spot. I will say when this employee came to teach me a lesson I clapped back. He really thought he was coming to teach me a lesson but all we learned is customer service here is nonexistent. Poor customer service training to have any employee ever talk to a customer like this. I hope it never happens to you. I get it, you need a rental but hey, just make sure you park somewhere convenient for them. We would all hate if they had to walk too far or make it convenient for their customers.

  I would definitely get another truck from them again I love the truck made me think about buying one and the guys in the front desk were great
