  I have always enjoyed my interactions with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car website and staff. I love the ability to secure my rental, check-in and make changes to my rental all online. Then, when Enterprise needed to make changes, they reached out and worked with me on a plan of action that would work for us both! Upon arrival to pick up and return the vehicle, the staff was a delight. Every person we spoke with was polite, super friendly and easy going. It was such a pleasant experience that we'll be returning in a few weeks for another rental! We had no issues with the vehicle, checking it out before we left, no complaints while driving and then a perfect check-in for return. I highly recommend this location and Enterprise in general!

  Staff at the 200 se 6th St, Des Moines, Ia., location was great to work with. Provided me with an SUV to transport family members from DSM IA to Chicago Ill due to a family funeral. Vehicle received was clean and well prepared.

  Rented here a lot of times. New cars. Calm, quiet location and service. Always a pleasure.
