  I am a truck driver and my truck was broken down in Iowa. My company tried to rent a vehicle for me to drive home because the repair was going to take several days. Your company REFUSED to let my employer pay for the rental with their credit card. Your company REFUSED to take cash even though I had it available. If there's a rental company out there with a more common sense approach I will be wanting to take my business there.

  I have been renting from enterprise for a while this time I tried out this downtown location I have had my rental for a while due to car issues and have been threatened several times by management via text if I don’t turn the car in I’ll be put on a do not rent due to having the vehicle longer THEY HAVE MY CARD ON FILE TO CHARGE but instead they send me threatening messages saying if I don’t pay I will be put on the list (I have always paid run my card it won’t be declined dummies) I will be returning the car and NEVER renting from this location again!
