  If I could leave a zero I would. This location was the worst experience that we have ever experienced! I was all the way in NY renting a car with an out of state license going one way and did not have a single issue. We have rented cars from enterprise from many other states without the issue my husband had today. My husband didn't have the card in hand due to safety and traveling trying to get to his new job they refused him and his card and tap to pay with their tap to pay logo on their door. Then two hours later my brother calls in and reserves a car without a cc and not being in person tells them his brother is coming to pick it up and they reserve it....fortunately my husband had already gotten a car at the airport from another location much easier. Little to say lack of consistency and poor customer service skills no cross training and no communication....or it was discrimination against this man without debt!

  Rented a car that smelled terribly of smoked cigarettes. The guy sprayed it with ozium to cover it up. Had to wndure tgis for hours on the car ride to destination. They then attempted to switch it fir a car at our new location missing 2 hubcaps, and a barely dunctioning air conditioner. Had to insist we needed something better. Will not be doing business with them again.

  The staff was incredible. Very polite, I was greeted with a smile and fast service. It was nice to engage with genuinely friendly people.

  We had a great experience in Downtown Iowa, with picking up and returning our vehicle. The staff was polite and professional. I did not have to sit for a long period of time. The staff even helped us put our luggage in the vehicle. They were a top class.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was originally quoted $632 for a 5-day rental of a Hyundai Elantra. Partway through the rental, I called to ask about returning the car early. I was told that if I returned it early, my total would be $220. When I arrived to return the vehicle, I was shocked when the employee told me my total was $160 instead. Then, they send me invoice for $302. I was so confused. The inconsistent pricing was extremely confusing, and no one could clearly explain why the amount kept changing. I spoke with the manager, who was very kind and professional. She apologized, refunded $86, and adjusted my total back to $220 as promised over the phone. While I appreciate the manager’s effort to resolve the issue, the overall experience was frustrating because of the conflicting information and lack of pricing transparency. Customers should receive accurate quotes and consistent pricing without having to question the final bill. I hope Enterprise improves its communication so other customers don’t have to go through the same confusion.
