  Needed a cargo van for a long 900+ mile move, and Enterprise by FAR had the best prices and reputation of any truck rental company I found in Iowa. Due to unexpected circumstances, the van they had for us became unavailable, and Chase upgraded us to a big box truck and even gave us free miles on the truck to cover the added cost of gas! Overall Chase made this move a great experience, was very professional, and didn't surprise us with any extra fees or unfair charges. 10/10 would use again!

  Great place to rent from. I frequent this location and the Douglas Avenue location in Urbandale. The couple times that I had an issue they were quick to take care of it with no questions asked. They really are about putting customers first, and that's a nice change from a lot of the places in today's society. I will continue to put them first on my list for all my car rental needs. I truly appreciate the service they provide.

  I had a very good experience with Enterprise and would highly recommend them. They offer clean and safe vehicles and a friendly and competent staff.
