  We picked up our rental at the East Euclid location before vacation and loved how kind and helpful the staff were! Johnathan and the other Gentalmen working were working so hard on a hot day. Even with the business being really busy at the time of our pickup neither of them skipped a beat in making sure our family got in to a safe car big enough for our family even with having to take us to a different location to get what we needed!

  Rented from these guys for a family vacation and they were amazing!!! We couldn't have been happier. We have a large family and required a large vehicle. They got us in the perfect van! Staff were friendly and perfessional. They really went above and beyond! Wish I could give 10 stars! Thanks guys! See ya next time for sure!
