- KHKaren Harrison6 days ago5.0Excellent experience! I did the pre-check in online and the counter clerk was able to find my information quickly. From counter to driving away was probably 7 minutes! I also loved that I was able to choose the vehicle I wanted out in the lot. That was pretty cool! The vehicle was very nice & drove great, the return process was easy. I highly recommend. And I will be back.
