When we returned the rental, one of the colleagues remarked, “wow, that was really easy. What company is this? Are they always that friendly and professional?” I was happy to tell them that we love Alamo bc Yes, they are consistently friendly and professional, and you make the process as frictionless as possible. I especially love when I have the opportunity to skip the line, but even when I can’t, I can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad experience with an Alamo employee. The Des Moines team’s process was dialed in - efficient and friendly. It was a top-level experience. And my colleague is booking Alamo next time he needs a rental car!
