  Reached out to purchase a vehicle , Was ready to pay full price. And they said they did not wanna sell to me because I have a tax exempt , salesman was very nice. Management was very rude. Would not recommend.

  This place is super scammy! Shannon the service rep got me for 200$ for work that was fully covered under a platinum warranty then tried to charge me another 200$ for the rental that was also covered under warranty!. The shop stripped my lug studs and didn't even rotate my tires that comes with a oil change. When I brought all this up they acted like I was the bad guy and hung up on me. The other service rep is a fat red headed guy and he seems in on the scam as well. No one knows nothing about what is going on around there. It's all secret secret lies and squeezing dollars from people trying to get there vehicles fixed! Ill never go back there and my thoughts about buying another jeep are definitely slimmer than before.

  Kimberly really took care of me start to finish top notch experience. Communication was flawless and in person personal touch was exceptional. I had a figure in mind after looking for discounts and rebates, I knew about what my trade was realistically worth- their first offer was within $400 so I didn’t even haggle. “HD” was a great salesman to handle the transaction and really made an effort to make the process go smooth. He also took extra time to walk me through the phone pairing and dash controls. Highly recommend this business.

  I had a great experience at Kimberly Car City in Davenport this week! My salesman, Dallas Groves, made the process very easy and painless. Never any pushy sales tactics in any way. I let the Internet Manager and Dallas know what I was planning to do as far as purchasing a vehicle and my financing and I had no hassles at all! A great place and I love my Jeep Compass. Highly recommend!

  The service is horrible! Second time I took my car there, thought of giving a second chance but I deeply regret doing so. Both times the visit were very unpleasant. You literally see how disorganized they are by standing there for few minutes. They are not able to fulfill the scheduled service appointments. Other clients I spoke to at the waiting room were also disappointed. On the second visit, I didn’t wait at dealership as I knew they would take too much time. They took an entire day to change the oil. I payed for 199$ to diagnose a problem, they called me when they were about to close to told me they were unable to reproduce the issue. I would have to stop by again next day when one of their technicians would be available ( somewhere after 9 am). I picked up the car and literally heard the noise I asked them to troubleshoot while I was still in their their parking area. I doubt they even took a ride to find the problem. So I left the dealership paying for 199$ for absolute nothing since I still don’t know what is the root cause of the issue. I strongly don’t recommend the service at this dealership.
