  I bought a used truck from Kimberly Car City and I am very pleased. It was listed at a great price and Dallas was extremely helpful. The dealership went above and beyond to ensure that the truck was in good working condition. This is the second vehicle that my family purchased recently from Kimberly Car City. We will come back for our next auto purchase as well.

  Randy L. and Caleb were exceptional to work with during the purchase of our new Ram 2500. They kept the process simple, reasonable and no pressure. Signing the paperwork was easy, too. No pushy agenda like many dealers. They cleaned and washed the vehicle, presented it with a full tank of gas, and went over some of the trickier operation issues. We couldn't have been happier with the process or them. They will be our first choice when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.

  I had my truck appraised here for a possible trade in. As I am over an hour away, I tried to do it remotely. The dealership took my VIN and gave me a ballpark number of about 32k for my trade in saying they had it appraised via KBB. However I noticed they didn’t include my premium sound system or my dual moonroofs, which are features that typically add quite a bit of value to a vehicle. I called this out to who I was texting with, and they doubled down saying the KBB pulled everything from my VIN. I informed them that the vehicle (which I bought from this place) literally came included with those features. This place then sends me an updated photo off the KBB pull and tells me even with those added features, the trade in value remained the same. I called them out on this in particular as those features do typically add a lot of value to vehicles. They then tell me that they DID have the features already factored in, despite saying before it was correct without those features on it. I asked them several times to address this, and they completely danced around my concern and eventually just stopped texting me. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealer as they were incredibly shady when appraising my trade in. And even seemingly bold faced lying to me about how they appraised my trade in.
