- AWAndré Wagner1 day ago1.0After having car reserved for multiple days, they simply contacted a few hours before the pick up and informed that the car was not available. Having a car available is the sole concept of a "reservation".

- TTTimApr 2, 20261.0Not only did the person helping me downgrade my car class, he tried to sell me an upgrade for the class I already reserved. In my 9 years of renting from Enterprise I have NEVER been downgraded. The employee doubled down on being wrong when I asked him 3 different ways. So he's either poorly inform about his product or shady business practice which both makes bad for business. I always have a better experience at W Kimberly or the Airport Enterprise. Take your money there!!
