  I had a mechanical issue with the car that I rented and picked up in Des Moines and am grateful for the service I received from Kevin at the Davenport 53rd street location. Kevin is a top notch representative for Enterprise and was obviously working solo on a very busy Saturday morning. I waited patiently and observed as he juggled several customers while maintaining service with a smile. I appreciate his professionalism and would be honored as a business owner to have a guy like Kevin represent my company. Thank you, Kevin!

  I would give a zero but then I can't leave a review. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from the so called "manager". 4 days notice from my insurance company wasn't enough for him to make sure I had a vehicle. This is the East 53rd St. Location.

  After having car reserved for multiple days, they simply contacted a few hours before the pick up and informed that the car was not available. Having a car available is the sole concept of a "reservation".

  I dealt with the manager and also a guy who seemed to had just started here this place practices a high standard of customer service that is almost non existent now a days giving this place 5 stars.

  They do a good job. I don’t always rent with them as iI rent price, but I always know they will treat me well and I really appreciate I can check in online and save a lot of time.
