- TKtimothy kieserSep 23, 20265.0Great service. Great pricing. Very fast oil change and key battery replacement. I was on a road trip so I was very much in need of a rapid oil change. I worked with dylan and he was fantastic! I highly recommend this business to everyone
- JVjoy VanhoekSep 20, 20265.0We recently purchased a used vehicle from Courtesy Ford and wanted to say thank you for the great experience. Our salesman, “Coach,” was outstanding — friendly, easy to talk to, and kept everything moving without any pressure. In finance, Michael was just as helpful and kind, making the paperwork simple and stress‑free. We appreciate the great service and the way Coach and Michael worked with us. Thank you for making the process smooth.
- PAPhil AmbroseSep 16, 20265.0Exceptional customer service. Our sales person, John Miskowicz worked extremely hard to connect and meet our budget requirements. I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford and John Miskowicz to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
- MSmike stansburyAug 29, 20265.0These guys are truly a 5 star. I have never had and experience buying a vehicle like I did at courtesy buying my first f150. Even know I joined my man Pete in Brandon office. I think the sales manager office with the salesman is normally off limits. This might have created a new relationship between my family and Ford and cont forget COURTESY FORD on river drive. I ready have to give it up to my saleman Pete, the sales manager Brandon and the general manager Randy for making this sales process fun and not telling me to go kick rock. We all have fun and laughs. Thanks again to all the COURTESY FORD EMYPOLEES. As well as the detail department for the remove of the courtesy badge on the tail gate. 100 % would deal with these guys again.
