First they wanted to charge me 1800 for a module and labor that brand new part and wiring kit was only about 275 and estimated labor 1 to 1.5 hours. Secondly still charged me 600 and marked it as labor for removing the module.

Even though the end goal did not work in our favor this time. We will try in the future again with Courtesy Ford. Even in the shop after checking out for the oil change they listened to me and took the time to look at the settings and set us up for our next trip and wants us to touch back to give him the data from the trip. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the customer service we received. Thank you to everyone.
