- ABAdam BlindAug 17, 20261.0Went here to get my oil change done that I had an appointment for at 12pm at the 2205 east 53rd location walked in and guy behind the counter greeted and said sorry I can't work on your vehicle and said he doesn't have any appointments today even though I verified that the address was correct and showed him the appointment I get it if he was the only one there to work for the day that it's a safety issue but I call this poor management as I drove nearly 20 to 30 minutes and if someone called in it would have been nice to get some kind of notification saying hey due to unforeseen situations we will not be able to complete the work requested. Needless to say I will not be returning anytime soon due to this experience.
