  Tried to use this place for fleet service, they can't seem to diagnose an issue or get repairs done in a timely fashion. Had service on the same vehicle 4 times this year already and it still acts up. When doing work for a business with many fleet vehicles, that should be priority as it could lead to thousands of dollars in work per year. Going to take my money elsewhere.

  Your business should be closed because you’re not credible. Yesterday, I came to do the oil change service. One guy came to talk to me. He said that no technician here, and he scheduled for me today at 9 a.m. Now, nobody’s at the shop and no notice.

  QC auto ran business correctly. Now I’ve Received unacceptable service twice From car X moline now East 53rd…. it’s fraudulent when documents provided do not Match verbal descriptions nor actual results shown on vehicle. Rear shocks 2010 vehicle, I was asked to purchase the product and bring it to the location for them to install. The book called for three hours He claimed he would Probably charge five similar to having to order the parts it was a BMW, so that is apparently odd for them to work on…. I received a $1292 bill $268.50 Was in advanced diagnostic…. The only service performed replacing two rear shocks. It even claims I declined other services offered by the organization(Another fraudulent statement). Manager said everything was great him and another employee drove the vehicle supposedly …Both of the vehicles information screens still show warning signs telling you not to drive the vehicle Immediately upon start up… Therefore, the service was not completed correctly… My details are documented and match up unfortunately, the managers response to deal with it was blaming it on the customer saying “how did he know I did not do something after picking it up” my response was I called immediately upon opening the next day of business And explained to him I had pictures and details of everything… Have you ever questioned what mechanics do with your car when you’re not around? Again, when the details stories and results don’t match, you know it’s a dangerous possibly criminal situation… Was there a reason the manager called me at 3:34 PM and asked me very aggressively to pick up that vehicle before they closed that evening??? His answer it had something to do with his weekly books closing out his Friday, Again, sounds manipulative fraudulent and possibly some criminal behavior going on…. Beware of this disastrous business. Let’s hope Chicago corporate pulls out of the Quad cities soon…. if you’re able to get your vehicle in for maintenance or service the day that you call, it’s probably not a good This Appointment was set With days of lead-time As I had to let them look at the vehicle first, then order the parts for them, then deliver the parts to their store…

  michael at 53rd st went above and beyond on or 2014 dodge journey. service outstanding. i will take all my autos there for repairs. thank you michael and staff.

  Best experience I've had in an auto shop ever. Really... Called at 7:30am, in at 9:00am, and out at 10:00am all for a busted exhaust system. The on-site fabricator fixed the issue rather than trying to sell me on a full replacement. Then he was kind enough to take me out and walk me through the repair personally. I will definitely be back and recommend!
