- MMmahasidha9Sep 28, 20265.0This is a long overdue review of the outstanding service we received from Mike, the Manager of this store. We purchased tires in Madison, Wisconsin and along with those tires an insurance policy that included free tire rotation and balancing. We live in Marion, IA and this store in Davenport is the closest that honors the warranty program. On the drive I hit a pothole. When we arrived I asked if they could also check the front end alignment. Sure enough that pothole did damage. Mike showed us exactly how off the alignment was. We went ahead and asked for a four wheel alignment. To our surprise he gave us a $20.00 discount. Moreover when it came time to pay the bill Mike pulled up a sheet that showed the industry average for this service so we wouldn’t feel we were taken advantage of; in fact he was below the midpoint. He also did a complete courtesy inspection complete with print out! We only wish this shop was not so far away because this degree of transparency and honesty is rare.
- BWBrenda WilsonSep 28, 20265.0I can’t say enough good things about Scott, Caleb, and the others who worked on our car. We were traveling back to MI, they went out of their way to help us. They fixed our car as quick as possible and made us feel safe and secure. Thanks again.
- ABAdam BlindAug 17, 20261.0Went here to get my oil change done that I had an appointment for at 12pm at the 2205 east 53rd location walked in and guy behind the counter greeted and said sorry I can't work on your vehicle and said he doesn't have any appointments today even though I verified that the address was correct and showed him the appointment I get it if he was the only one there to work for the day that it's a safety issue but I call this poor management as I drove nearly 20 to 30 minutes and if someone called in it would have been nice to get some kind of notification saying hey due to unforeseen situations we will not be able to complete the work requested. Needless to say I will not be returning anytime soon due to this experience.
- JMJuwon MarkeithJul 31, 20265.0James and his partner were very helpful - I was in and out, literally. 20/10 recommended, very solid mechanic shop.
- SPSamantha PieczynskiJul 26, 20265.0Scottie was great. He was very honest and gave me advice to keep my car running safely.
