  Stopped in for a Brake inspection which was FREE by the way! The service advisor Lindsay was amazing and courteous. And the technician was professional and efficient. I love the transparency on what was recommended and how fast service was. I definitely recommend.

  Within 45 minutes my f150 rotors brakes and hoses were finished, they topped off the fluids free and gave me a $50 discount . I was amazed at their friendliness and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else!

  July 6, 2026 UPDATE: I went back to the Kimberly Rd shop last week to see if they could stop my brakes from squeaking. Reminder, a few months ago they installed my rear brakes and rotors and then a month ago they installed my front brakes and rotors (the front were very shakey and the new ones they installed stopped the shaking BUT NOW they squeak - my brakes have never squeaked ever). I had to go back 3 times now to get them to stop the squeak they created on my car. They said they corrected it after I dropped it off for another hour and a half. Reminder, I have about 6 hours worth of my time now invested to get my FRONT brakes to be brand new and not squeaking and wobbling - as I work fulltime and take care of my mother who has stage 4 cancer and in hospice). They told me drive it for anther 5 days and the squeaking will be gone. Well, it has been 5 days and my car sounds like a city bus. They still squeak and more then before intermittantly. They even said they "modified" the new pads and rotors they installed by sanding or something to them. I really do not like writing reviews like this but I am very disappointe and frustrated and just wanted good quality work completed on my car on the first try... and this was my 4th visit total from the beginning of installation. The staff are very nice and try to explain what is the issue and try to explain how they fixed the issue - but it has not worked. I will be reaching out to them again - but my time in a day is stretched very thin. I'd even like to get a partial refund but I would much rather my brakes all NEW and QUIET and RUNNING GOOD. _____________________________________________________________ This is for the West Kimberly Road review... As it's not letting me post a review there were I have had my service. Or if they can really make it RIGHT after round 4. For Brakes! STAY TUNED!!!

  I scheduled a 10am appt and was checking out at 10:45 after getting the oil change plus that included brake check and tire rotation. Jennifer was very kind and helpful at the front desk. They were running a deal so the service was surprisingly cheap now a days where everything seems to be getting more expensive. I’ll be coming back to them for future oil changes.

  I had an oil leak issue with my car, and they inspected it and fixed the problem for free. Other shops wanted to charge me a couple of hundred dollars just for the inspection. They were honest, professional, and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this shop!
