- GHGary H3 days ago5.0I heard a dragging noise while driving my car. Thinking it was my brake pads or something worse. I took a chance with brakes plus. They did a free inspection and found out it was the undershield making the noise and fixed it at no charge. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and highly recommend if you need an oil change or brake inspections
- MNMerci Ndahindwa6 days ago5.0I recently took my car to Brakes Plus for a brake inspection and ended up getting new rotors and pads installed in less than an hour. The entire experience was very quick and professional. A huge thank you to Jennifer and the fantastic technicians for their outstanding service—they even applied coupons to save me some money! It's tough to find an auto shop that you can truly trust to do quality service at an incredibly great price. I highly recommend them!

- KMKaren MilanSep 12, 20265.0Was seeking a second opinion after going to a dealership for brakes inspection. Pleasantly surprised that brakes plus would install lifetime front and rear rotors and pads for much less than the dealership. I accepted the bid and the work was completed in two hours. Can’t beat that! I think it helps to have all of the parts in the shop. I don’t know if it makes a difference but I have an Infinity, and I was halfway expecting that parts might be an issue locally. Jennifer was an exceptionally thorough front desk person, and it was nice to have a female in that job for a change.
