  1st time there. My experience was amazing. I thought all they would do was replace my brakes. Instead they did a full inspection. Told me all about my vehicles brakes conditions, my struts and found an oil leak i didn't know I had. They took me out to my vehicle and pointed everything out, explaining as they went. For the very first time I had been given options with recommendations. Lindsay was very friendly and nice from my 1st phone call, all the way through the entire experience. Her customer service was great. My Service Technician Shane was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all my issues and giving good advice on what was a reasonable path to work on my vehicle. I was very suprised at what all work they do there. It's way more than brakes. Place was very clean and hospitable.

  Be very careful here! They are very nice and pleasant at the counter (that’s the angle they use) but will definitely recommend unnecessary repairs to your vehicle. They told me that the grinding noise I heard coming from braking was caused by bad tie rods which isn’t mechanically possible - they aren’t even related to braking. They also told me I needed new brake pads and rotors. The only thing that turned out to be true here was the bad brake pads. Upon thorough evaluation, my tie rods and rotors were completely fine. I replaced the bad brake pads myself and the noise has completely stopped. The total these people tried to charge me was over $1,000. Replacing the pads ended up costing me around $60.

  Lindsey and Ali were both amazing in keeping me updated and informed with the whole process of my brake replacement. As well the technician gage did a great job with everything and he even let me use his charger!!! Brakes plus yall have a great team at this location thank you!

  Ali, Shane, and Jennifer provided me excellent service, education, and diagnostics of issues my car was having. My vehicle had multiple issues that were unseen, and Ali and Shane walked me under my car, explained what was wrong, how long I had until it was a true problem, and provided me an estimate to repair. Jennifer helped me understand the bill, and walked me through the process of going to the website for a small discount that didn't require me to give over any email or phone number.
