- RCRyan Connertoday1.0Took my truck into W. Kimberly store for a basic oil change. THE MANAGER HERSELF put my truck on the lift to do the oil change and broke my brake line. When I was told about it and asked how we would resolve the problem I was met by her with nothing except the worst customer I've ever had in my life. She completely denied any responsibility for damaging my truck and kept blaming it on "friction" & "Rust" sad part is the friction was from her lifting the truck and it was perfectly fine when I brought it in. I drive this truck 80mils a day 6 days a week! Her and the techs working there were completely unprofessional and I will NEVER go there or recommend that place to anyone! Still waiting on Lucas the Regional manager to reach out to me, you would think there would be a little hurry to it Considering my vehicle is stranded at the shop but no still waiting place gets a zero out of five stars. Very surprised the way the MANAGER ACTED AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!

- CCCharlemaineSep 26, 20265.0Chris was excellent and the service only took an hour. He was super nice 🙂 definitely will be coming back
- DGDaniel GarciaSep 18, 20265.0Chris and his team of Mechanics are absolutely the best around the QC! Had a puzzling brake job that they were able to effectively figure out! I am originally from New Jersey and I promise you this is east coast approved. They will not stop until they get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. They have your best interest at hand and make sure you are taken care of from beginning to end, and complimentary coffee !
- MMMetal MouthSep 17, 20265.0Chris was absolutely fantastic to speak to. He walked me through everything that needed to be done once my oil was changed and he was very kind. He was a extremely amazing employee when it came to handling me as a customer and my needs and even more just coming off the way he did was very positive and that is highly appreciated by me.
