  Zero stars. The lady that works here is very unprofessional. She said she doesn't tell multiple people what's wrong with vehicles is what started it up. She said the ODB port doesn't work. Took it straight to Autozone and it worked fine. The notes say the rear calipers are slow to respond... THE TRUCK HAS DRUM BRAKES. I was checking to see if they did any work at all in the parking lot for no more than 5 minutes and this lady comes out and tells me I'm no mechanic and says I have to leave. They sent us away without working brakes and told my girlfriend it was safe to drive. ARE YOU KIDDING? Its a crime what you are doing. I tried to email a complaint on Brakes Plus website but the form won't let me put anything in the Reason: spot. Go to a real mechanic and stay away from here. Brakes Plus you need to refund my girlfriend.

  Alignment was done well within hour. Very satisfied with work and also did complementary brake check as well. They are open Saturdays which will help me with my tight time management. Will definitely count this location as a go to for later maintenance. It is out of my normal travel route. Will drive for good service. Again, 5 stars this visit. Recommend.

  Brakes plus is fantastic! Affordable friendly and honest! Their prices are better than anywhere else I go. There are very few mechanics you can trust but I trust them with my car, my daughter goes to them, and soon my son after I purchase him his first car. Great service all around!

  The "plus" in the name means they not only do brakes, but also oil changes, alignments, and various other automotive services. One "plus" for me is the fact that the customer is allowed to enter the service area with the service manager to see the reason they are recommending work. Their prices are in line with other companies and they have discount coupons available. The front brakes and oil change on my van was completed in less than two hours. When using the Brakes Plus credit card you can get special no interest financing. I like this business.
