  The customer service here is bad . If I was their GM I would call their store manager and fire the employees on the spot. Uncalled for. I asked for help and got told to figure it out my self. I don’t know how they pick and choose what customer they are gonna help. This store normally has great people working here but you don’t have the right to destroy a company brand/image because you don’t care about doing your job. I got what I needed after 30 minute to an hour and went to O’Reillys.

  Very kind people helped me with my check engine light. Line was a little long but I could tell they were trying and it required some patience from both parties overall though it was a good experience. These are hard working people that will help you out and that offer good service. Ultimately I think getting these good boots on the ground it’s critical and if we could get some more workplace synergy going we could circle back and touch base. Thankyou Autozone!

  Very under staffed 2 people really. Oh BTW “the L is short for LTZ” I said I don’t think so. Luckily I put on the parts in the parking lot because I’m from out of town incorrect Parts. I had to wait in line yet again because of understaffed I get the correct parts.
