i currently own a roadside business and sent one of my employees to this store july 11th, 2026 at 6pm. this location closes at 10pm. gray shirt, young skinny white guy without a name tag, whom i verbally witnessed through my employees phone call with me, tried to refuse my employee to pay under our commercial account because " he just closed the computer but we can do it under a normal DIY account". the guy kept making excuses and finally caved and did it after my employee and myself refused multiple times to ring up as DIY. this AZ employee was being flat out lazy! if i wanted my business rang out under DIY i would not have a fleet account or a business across multiple states. every time we go into this location, there is an issue. this needs to be rectified immediately before we take our business elseware!

I came in tonight on 6/23/26 at 9:50 which was 10 mins before close. I understand you’re closing up but you’re not technically closed. I literally was in and out because all I needed were brakes. A lady helped me, she was kind and got me the brakes. But with her was another worker; white male with a grey shirt and black cap, named Tony. He made a snarky comment saying “we close in 9 minutes.” Which i understand completely but he was still very unprofessional and mean. To which he proceeded to say “you last minute shoppers” in an unprofessional tone. I said that that they were still open and he said yes. So idk why he had to make unnecessary comments. Overall he was very rude. Tony.
