  DO NOT GIVE THEM ONE PENNY!!! When it was Grease Monkey, I had amazing service. I had one oil change after Valvoline bought them and now my car is, potentially, looking at thousands of dollars of repairs! They also told me of all of these other repairs I needed and I confirmed with my new mechanic and they told me those repairs are not necessary. But because of their shotty oil change, I may need a new engine! I just lost my father and now I am about to have a hefty fine on my hands. If I need a new engine, you can expect a bill and a contact from my lawyer!

  Everyone has their own opinion on businesses but Valvoline on 27th and Broadway does not deserve a rating after the treatment I received. I went to Grease Monkey for years and always got superb treatment and my mistake trying Valvoline for first time sure cost me. I went there in March 2026 and the workers who did my oil change did poor and I have my statement and workers names if anyone needs them. I was charged $105 and they were dishonest about stripping my oil plug. This i found out when I went to another reliable oil change place they uncovered Valvoline mistake and after calls to customer care on Wednesday and its now Monday and their investigation the Manager tells me my claim has been denied as they say my previous Grease Monkey must have damaged it. I documented each call and names. I definitely Do Not Recommend this Company. And I have seen their reviews and have heard of at least one other customer they ruined their plug and fixed his vehicle. Not a trusted business

  Nice and knowledgeable people there. They vacuum out the oil instead of draining it which is a first for me to see. They were a little unsure about some things due to it being a hybrid but there was an experienced mechanic onsite that would help. Little higher than other places but nice that it’s drive up and go. It took longer due to it being a hybrid and the difficulty of getting to the filter. I think they forgot to check my tire pressure as it was in even all around. Over all a decent place to go and I would recommend them.

  I don’t often give reviews, but I’m very appreciate of the gentleman who replaced my headlights in my Buick. The vehicle has a flaw where it’s very difficult to access the bulbs to replace them, but the technician was determined to help me get them replaced. I’ve taken it to 3 other people who couldn’t do it. Thank you!!!

  9/13 i came into the store to get my oil changed., I brought my own oil My own filter . 1 Technician is changing old out other is putting information into the computer as I'm still sitting in my car this technician. Yells, over to whom I'm assuming was their manager. This oil is not the right oil for the car. He yells over and I quote." She brought it in, put it in.: now im thinking it cant be bad they surely would have told me so and told me to get the right oil or buy their oil to put it in. They did not!!! Not only this but when I called They hung up on me!! When I called back I got a call service and the "lady" blamed me. Well iam not the professionals and NEITHER IS THIS COMPANY! Do not go here what a rotten thing to do.
