  The jury is still out on the new location in Council Bluffs. There seemed to be quite a bit of uncertainty in the staff. Perhaps with some time, the team will create some more efficient work flow. They tried hard to sell additional services but didn’t even have me verify the oil level on the dipstick when they finished. Definitely room for improvement. I’ve been a long time customer of Valvoline and have been to different locations throughout the US.

  I just think the all manager should lead with a cheerful attitude and it will filter down to the staff. It makes for a more welcoming environment. The iron fist management is not cool at all.

  Erick the manager was great, he informed me of things that needed to be replaced on my car, however I never felt pressured to purchase additional service or products. The team did a great job, pricing was great, I would highly recommend their services to a friend or family. Thank you Erick!

  Had a reusable air filter in the car…instead of leaving it, they charged me $35 for a paper filter. They did give the reusable filter back but I feel like my daughter (the one who was getting the oil changed) was duped into getting the paper filter. Instead of the technician using common sense when seeing a reusable air filter, they said it was dirty and got her approval to put a paper one in. She had no idea what to do so she just went ahead and said yes per the technician.
