- LBlisa barnesSep 30, 20265.0Repair guys were both knowledgeable and personable! Most importantly, you can have a real conversation with them and think together on what repairs to take on according to severity. Totally superior experience than the horrible way I was treated at Superior Honda of Omaha.
- CCChrishawn ConwaySep 27, 20265.0Aiden was very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit answering my questions truthfully. The diagnostic was affordable and fast. Left no questions about the problem with my car.
- TFTina FastnachtSep 21, 20265.0This was my first time I have taken my vehicle to Mad Hatter. I had a great experience! Aiden was very nice and had great customer service. Mad Hatter wasn’t pushy or trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The overall inspection was informative and they went over everything with me. Thank you, you just got a new customer!
- JSJohn SunderlandSep 21, 20265.0I have trusted Aston and his crew with two of my cars. The detail in the assessment was top notch, and the willingness to work out the issues were some of the best experiences I have had with a garage. They did a fantastic job.
- CMCia MogliaSep 21, 20265.0I have to say that I will never take any of our vehicles anywhere else but Mad Hatter! We recently moved to Council Bluffs from Texas and found ourselves with a variety of vehicle maintenance issues. When our car started making a horrible noise, we took it to Firestone because it's national and everybody's heard of it lol. They unsuccessfully attempted to fix it twice and finally I took it to Mad Hatter. First of all, Mad Hatters customer service is undeniably the greatest I have ever encountered. Bud, the concierge drove me home while the repair was being performed and then picked me up from my house a couple hours later, after the repair was finished! A COUPLE HOURS LATER I SAID. Wow! My alternator had fallen apart and ripped my serpentine belt and caused my car to overheat, and it was a nightmare that almost left me stranded in Omaha. Firestone had failed to see any of this, but Mad Hatter diagnosed it immediately and repaired it quickly and made it so convenient for me! I do believe they cost a little more probably than other repair shops in town....... but you get what you pay for.
