  Brandon and his team were fast, professional, courteous, and thorough when I brought my car in because of my hood latch and AC. Both were fixed and still work and they did a comprehensive check of my car and made sure I understood what were concerns and why!

  This was my first time going to Mad Hatter and I couldn't be more happy. From the moment I walked in until I left I felt like a valued guest. There was never any pressure to say yes to a service I didn't actually need but recommendations about other things they noticed from their inspection. One of which we plan to get taken care of. It was something I never would have noticed and I'm so glad they pointed it out. The staff is nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable. They will forever have our business and be our # 1 recommendation to others.

  In Omaha for a fun weekend and noticed my jeep was leaking a large amount of fluid . Called Mad Hatter on a whim and they effortlessly got me in to evaluate my car. There aren’t enough words to express how quickly my problem was resolved and I was on my way. Ashton took exceptional care of me, explaining everything along the way and quickly and efficiently got my issue resolved. He was super kind, welcoming, and forthright. Thank you so much Ashton for taking great care of us!!

  My car had a rattling noise for a while that other places had not been able to figure out what was going on. At Heartland Pride, I visited their booth and they recommended that I make an appointment online, which was easy and convenient. I dropped off my car and was offered a rideshare service to go home. Later that afternoon, they sent me a quote along with pictures and videos of what needed repair. When picking up my car, the service manager and consultants were able to walk me through any other questions I had about the repair, which I truly appreciate. They were very courteous and thorough. I would recommend this place for your auto needs!

  We were traveling from Wisconsin. As we exited the freeway ,we heard a noise from under the car. I looked underneath and saw that a heat shield had come loose. Looking up garages close by, Mad Hatter popped up. We gave them a call. I talked to Ashton,explaining our predicament . He told us to drive over and they would take a look at it. Long story short, they checked,confirmed, and fixed the heat shield. Ashton explained and showed us everything that was happening. We were back on the road in about 30 minutes. We paid a small fee of around $22. Ashton and the guys were very friendly and did an awesome job getting us on our way. If we ever have car trouble again in Council Bluffs, Iowa,we'll be stopping at Mad Hatter!
