  Very helpful staff at the lake Manawa Enterprise in Iowa. Carl was ready on time. Exceeded expectations for quality. Gas. Mileage was extraordinary. Would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone.

  Easy to locate, knowledgeable staff, ability to park your vehicle on the street overnight. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the small parking lot that needs some work and older building. We didn’t have issues renting from Enterprise and this location.

  I reserved a car on 5/6 for a trip on 5/28 renting a premium special. I checked in online on the 5/27 with no issues. I showed up on 5/28 to pick up the premium car (Audi, BMW or Mercedes) and when I pulled into the lot I already knew that the car I rented or expected was not on the lot. I walked in and the lady at the counter said I have a Nissan Altima for you. I advised her if you look at the reservation it was not for anything like that. She said sorry that we do not have anything like that on the lot and you should not of been able to reserve it from that location. I said not only did I reserve it, I checked in yesterday and you already had the Nissan waiting for me. She said you can go over to the airport lot. I advised you could have called and let me know that when you read the reservation and check in. I also work three min from that location and would have made it easier for me. I told her I was leaving town from their location. She said well the Nissan is $40 cheaper. I advised that is not what I reserved. All I got from her was Sorry. I ended up driving my diesel and spending double in fuel. Do not waste your time with the Council Bluffs store just rent it from another company from the airport. You have my email and my phone from the reservation. You can contact me directly. I am not chasing you down a second time. If anyone reads your review responses they can see that this is how you try to resolve the issues.

  I ended up with a great car, a 2026 Volkswagen, Jetta. It was timely and worked out great when I needed it and dropping it off early. Great gas mileage! Apple car play and more! I picked up and dropped off at two different locations. The company ended up working well with my insurance co.
