  Was driving through on a roadtrip and hot water started dripping on my foot by the gas pedal! Stopped over here and they fixed it for free!!! These guys are amazing!!!! Thank you so much! Jeremy and Steve are the best!

  Absolutely the worst oil change experience of my life ..... so the oil change i guess worked. Cause its the least of the concerns. However the plastic shield on the bottom of my car. U know the plate that keeps water and dirty from going into the working parts of whats under the hood. Yea I guess they forgot to tighten all the bolts .... so im driving (not that i told them I was getting a oil change because im going out of town that day) and the whole time the thing is scraping and just shredding. When I finally pull over to get gas it ripped the bottom off, it ripped part of my bumper and the plastic shields that went around the tires. I called them and they said once I got back they would fix it. It took them 3 weeks to order and receive the parts. When I took my.car back to get fixed , it was all the wrong parts and i had to wait 3 more days for the right parts to come ..... thats 3 weeks of water and dust getting directly into the workings of my car .... not to mention ive only owned the car for a little over a month ... so a brand new car just getting damaged because of their neglect. So yesterday they fi ally replaced the under body of my car. However again they did not bolt all the pieces in because it would cause them to do more work. Also However they attached the pieces is causing more pull on the part of the bumper they already damaged and the damage is more noticeable now that they fixed it .... the WORST part is after they "fixed" it my car is now out of alignment. When I called and told them that they said it has nothing to do with them. So I brought them a car that I could drive without my hands on the steering wheel that would drive straight to leave with a car that pulls significantly to the right. Would run right into the curb now if I dont have both hands on the wheel at all times. Their excuse was the guy who originally messed up my car , they dont know what he was on but they didnt want to deal with him anymore so they sent him to a different store. My car is visibly damaged now because of them, and who knows how much damage with wear and tear that is has done to my car. *****BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION**** I would love to post pictures but it wont let me , if anyone knows how let me know and ill post all the damage they've done to my new car.

  The manager Steve has been nothing but great to me! The manawa location tried to charge me double for having my sway link already fixed and it was under warranty and Steve at the west broadway location got me all taken care of! He also was phenomally welcoming and able to work with my price for my tie rod getting fixed!! So glad to have this store in my area!

  Steve did an amazing job—he gave me exactly what I asked for and was super kind throughout the whole experience. The prices were very affordable, the place was clean, and it had a calm, quiet atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend coming here!

  Stopped at the Walmart next door with our camper to sleep. Woke up the next morning, getting ready to leave. Our truck had a coolant leak. Walked over to Brakes Plus to see if they could fix it. Most places over promise and under-deliver but Brakes Plus over delivered on their promise. Two and a half hours later a new radiator was installed. We were headed home to Medora from Virginia. Thanks Brakes Plus of Council Bluffs for taking such good care of us.
