  Steve was such a BIG help today I was 10,000 mi over for my oil change and he got me right in and got my car sounded beautifully and help me figure out what else my car needed done so that way I can keep her running he also help me find the best prices thank you Steve!!

  Jeremy, art and steve are life savers i owe them a massive thank you they are above and beyond the standard shop. I drive a challenger and i pride myself on doing all my mechanical work myself. But when i ran into a overly stripped and tightened drain plug and basic tricks wouldnt work they were more then happy to help. They were helpful and answered all my questions and concerns without any complaints. Gave me a few tips and tricks to hold onto as well. Overall top teir team you cant go wrong with these guys.

  Terrible business. No lights on my dash when I went in for an oil change yesterday. Got an oil change, air filter and cabin filter, now my dash board is lit up like a Christmas tree, so they can charge me several hundred to fix what they broke. Scammers. Im going back to mad hatter, where my car is ACTUALLY in good hands.

  I called today and spoke to a gentleman named Steve. I’ve taken my car here before to be serviced, I asked him what it would cost for a new tail light in my 2016 ford focus. He proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be able to give me the information over the phone and I would have to stop in the store. I told him I’ve never heard that from an auto repair service and that seemed odd. I then asked to speak to a manager and he said he was at lunch. That’s ridiculous and I will never take my car back here! What auto repair service tells you, you have to bring your vehicle in for a tail light. Thanks to brakes plus for giving me the best service and being a reasonable price!
