  Jerks tried telling me I needed new rear shocks and struts because they said it leaked a "little". Never trust them and get an additional opinion. The shocks and struts had some grease with dirt on them.... Don't fall for their bullshit. If they tell you something needs replaced and something doesn't sit right with you, get additional opinions by actual mechanics. They like to take advantage of women and lie to them. This location has really gone down the shiter.

  Took my son’s car here to see why it was still leaking after they just fixed a year ago. The same problem they fixed was the problem again (and more of course) we got it all fixed with the hopes that even if we are broke a child of mine is driving a safe vehicle (at the end of the day, that’s what was most important to us). The day after they fixed it we woke up to the car with all the oil on the floor. The part they fixed and repaired was put on wrong and another part was broken! Yes when I called and told them the manger did let me bring it down to get it fixed and states he monitored the entire process this time. It was admitted that a tech had broken something and didn’t tell anyone . Thankfully we caught this in time otherwise his engine would have blown since it was dry on oil (after they did an oil change) We need to stop this! !! Some of us are vulnerable adults who may be living paycheck to paycheck and work extremely hard for our money, this place should NOT be in business! I highly doubt my son’s car is still even fixed because after they touched it it started to hum. I refuse to give this place another thought and wouldn’t trust them with my bicycle! Please bring good mechanics with good morals and decent prices for families !

  Amanda… She’s a rockstar, her customer service is top tier and easily a 5 star employee! I hope to work with her next time I stop in. She is so kind and sweet. Keith, the District Manager, went above and beyond to service me at this location. Originally, scheduled an appointment for the next day, but Keith went a step further and ensured I was taken care of RIGHT then and there. This company is lucky to have someone like him representing them! Angelo & Oscar in the shop called me during and after the service, amazing work on their end too. They were kind and respectful in explaining everything they did today and what they recommend for future services. “People buy from people they like”.. nice job Brakes Plus! I’ll be back.

  Fabulous!! I thought they were just brakes and simple stuff but they’re much more! Worth a bit of a wait while they fixed a vacuum hose problem they found while charging my AC. I don’t need to take it to a “regular mechanic shop” now!!

  I can’t recommend this team enough—they are truly trustworthy, patient, and professional. From the very first phone call, Oscar set the tone with incredible customer service; he was friendly and helpful from the start and remained just as attentive throughout the entire process. Sabre was a lifesaver when it came to the technical side; she really took her time to break down the logistics of the issues I was encountering, making sure I understood the ‘why’ behind the repairs and giving me clear options without any pressure. Steve was equally fantastic, staying on top of every detail and ensuring I was constantly communicated with so I never felt in the dark about my car’s status. Going in without a clue of what was wrong was a bit stressful, but their patience made the whole experience smooth and easy. I’ll definitely be back for all my future repairs!
