Frequently Asked Questions About Auto Body Concepts of Council Bluffs
My Insurance suggested another shop - why should I use Auto Body Concepts?
Remember - you always have a choice! It is in your Insurance companies best interest to send you to a collision repair shop that will charge them the least, not one that will take care of your vehicle best. Potentially, they could be taking shortcuts and using cheaper remanufactured parts.

Do I have to go to Insurance preferred shops?
Some insurance companies may want you to go to their drive-in claims center. You can do that, or you may leave your vehicle at Auto Body Concepts and ask to have it inspected here.
You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate, and the Insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular body shop.
