- MGMike Grajiola2 days ago1.0Well I'm here for work,been staying here at motel for about 3 weeks now,and stop in every morning for a sweet bread and coffee,before heading out to work.Me and my boss and my coworker. Never had any bad attitude m Nore any complaints for morning crew. Well on the 2nd of September all that changed.The store worker approached me outside around 10:30 pm to inform me I could not smoke in the areas with chairs available.With such attitude and scowl,I almost left.I had just arrived and was taking the last 2 drags of my cig.He wasn't very kind or polite in manners or presentation.I then witnessed him questioning 2 females ,one putting oil in her car and the other getting laundry ready in lot.Again this gentleman was anything but that. Mr.John needs to take a "soft skills class" or Copeing skills seminar or just realize,in the field of customers service,a smile and good attitude when approaching people,will go a long way.All that attitude and unpolitness can and will affect the customers return rate.i will not go back in the evenings now and will go down the street to the competitive markets, Casey's.Becouse they are not rude with there customers.
- CJChanel Jones4 days ago1.0Argumentative “manager” on duty. False advertisement. Refused to give the discount listed as advertised on the sign. She removed the signs that validated the discount. I even explained I was in the day before and received the discount and it was still within date. She cause a scene in front of customers and staff. Not friendly customer service. This store definitely needs to train the staff to be kind.
