How do you not know how to take a glove department out. You have to use a screwdriver, I told you 4 times and had to ask another worker. I know my car and how the original crew have done it. First listen and stop thinking you know what you doing. I know my car. Ugh. If you would have broke my glove department you were going to get it fix. How can you be assistant manager and don’t know what you doing. The customer has to tell did you check the air pressure in the tires. No. Can you do that. Ugh. Then never been at Valvoline over 30 minutes. Then my battery dies. Wow. That never happened brand new battery and it dies. The assistant manager do not know what the hell he doing. Not one did the manager come over and apologize or either of them. Wow. Valvoline has shown me that you do not value their customers. Me & another customer came to a stop and was talking about the service. I told him that I would never come back to neither Valvoline in Iowa. Never. He said he will be going back to Midas, me too. Wal-Mart does a better job than Valvoline, but this one was great now it’s very disappointing to go there. So charge my battery and never still said nothing. Well now have to tell my family, friends, & colleagues not to come here. I will never be at no Valvoline in Iowa. Just to be honest. Valvoline in Ohio, & MN is the greatest. They nice, professional and cares about their customers and want them to come back. These in Iowa can care less. I want be back to neither Valvoline in Iowa. Need a -0
