  First I had a very small "chip" on my windshield went to get it filled. They said it was on the inside of the windshield weird and they need to crack it be able to fill it. They did give me a disclaimer that the crack could spread and become unrepairable, I did accept. It did spread all the way across and up and down the windshield. I was a shocked it happened but accepted that risk. Had them later come to my home to replace the full windshield. The guy just drove off in my truck with no communication on what was going on, came back said he couldn't get it calibrated. Said someone would call. No one ever called. Nothing until a call form them months later demanding payment. I said no way the job isn't done, you guys just ghosted, they said they would get a tech out there with better equipment to get it calibrated. Guy showed up a couple weeks later, but couldn't bring the better equipment because someone else had it. He tried to calibrate but failed (poor glass quality is used I found out later). He says some one will call to get it taken care of. I made him send me a text so I had something to prove the job was never completed and told him no one would call. He assured me the definitely would this time. Nobody did. About a year later I get a collection letter. Called the number and was hung up on when I explained my position.

  Paid $700+. They come and leave without speaking to us. Tell us there is an error code on the car. We get the car checked at the dealer- no code. We ask to reschedule. No response. Have to call multiple times before anyone answers and says the appointment has been canceled and we have to reschedule (and pay again) in order to get it done. No confirmation sent on the refund.

  I've been waiting on an appointment "between 8 and noon" and it's currently 1145 and I've heard nothing from anyone. I missed work for this... thank you for costing me a days pay and eating my time. I will never refer anyone to this company.

  Everything about my windshield replacement was fine. The technician communicated with me throughout the day, he arrived early, work was completed in a timely manner, he was professional. The problem I had is my vehicle was damaged while he was performing the work. I emailed them about it, notified them through a survey, and two days later I am still waiting to hear from them. The technician told me he had pictures taken of my vehicle prior to the work starting, he told me he would get them to me, and still nothing. Not a good experience at all for something that should have been straight forward. It has now been over a month since the incident. It's not only the fact that my vehicle was damaged, but the complete indifference I am getting from corporate and the local team is unbelievable. It is the worst customer experience I have received from any situation throughout my entire life.
