- KSKasey SieversAug 13, 20261.0My wife took our 2025 palisade in for a wind shield replacement. We used insurance, paid our deductible, and added new wiper blades due to their recommendation that old ones could damage the new windshield. The replacement seemed to go well. Until 7 days later, there was a day of heavy rain where my wife had to use her wiper blades for the first time and they did not work, the wiper arms didn’t move at all. This is a massive safety issue and she had to get our child to daycare and her self to work. She stop at this shop that failed the complete the repair and the management on duty turn her away and said come back tomorrow. They made my wife leave their shop in a rain storm with no working wiper blades, that was the fault of the shop! We attempted to solve it with long calls talking to automated voice messages just to get told there is nothing they can do, maybe they can get another store to send a tech. The customer service from the manager at this store is unacceptable, letting a vehicle in unsafe conditions leave in inclement weather. They didn’t even look at the vehicle to see if it could be a quick fix. Customer service is sad these days.

Then they replaced our windshield with one that was scratched and said they would “give” us the windshield wipers they originally were charging me for, if we accepted their damaged windshield. No thanks!!! Don’t you inspect your product before putting it on someone’s car?? Employee Ben was rude and insisted he was doing me a favor just giving me the wipers. No manager was there and no answer on the phone when I called. Waisted half a day! 😡
