  The glass work was good, but the scheduling, communication, and pickup experience were extremely frustrating. I originally scheduled an appointment about a month ago, only to have it canceled without my knowledge. It may have been because of rain, which would have been understandable, but I was never notified. I then booked mobile service and received a call on the day of that appointment saying they weren’t sure why the system had allowed me to book it because the work needed to be done in-store. I scheduled a third appointment and dropped my car off an hour early on a Saturday. At drop-off, nobody mentioned that the store would be closing early. I needed my car for the weekend, so knowing that would have helped me plan. To be fair, they did call and text me later that day. My phone was on Do Not Disturb, and I initially missed those messages. I acknowledge my part in that missed communication. However, when we drove across town to pick up my car at 4 p.m., the store was already closed. As a result, I was without my car for the rest of Saturday, all of Sunday, and most of Monday. I then had to leave work early Monday and rush to the store to pay and retrieve it. I have no complaints about the quality of the repair. But after multiple appointments, an uncommunicated cancellation, a booking issue, and an unexpected early closure, getting the work completed and my car back took far more effort than it should have. Clearer communication throughout the process would have prevented much of this frustration.

  I have used this place 3 times now. I have had substandard service each time. But this last time now they have damaged or at minimum not correctly calibrated the viewing system in my car that runs adaptive cruise snd assisted stopping. Not only did they mess that up but when we brought it back to them to fix they told us yea that probably happened because of changing the windshield but we(safelite) aren't going to fix it and sent us away. Because of this noone should trust this location or even this company if this is how they handle these things.

  It was very easy to schedule my appointment online. I had plenty of time options and it was so helpful that this location is open on Saturdays. The windshield install and re-calibration of my windshield camera went smoothly, and everything was done within the time window they estimated. It’s been raining nonstop since the install and the seals are holding great! The technician who helped me (Ben) was professional, friendly, and great at communicating updates throughout. When I went to pay, I asked about new wiper blades (which are expensive for my car, but the same price at Safelite as at the parts store). Ben immediately offered to check my existing ones and showed me they were fine. I appreciate that he took the time to check to see if I actually needed new ones. That’s great customer service. I’ll definitely return here for all my auto glass needs.
