  Mike got me in same morning I called, was very helpful, no high pressure upsells, and the brake job was $175 cheaper than what dealership quoted. I had my vehicle back with hours after I dropped it off.

  I’m new to the area and desperately needed an oil change. I googled what was near and this place came up with the best reviews. Mike was very helpful and was able to get me in right away without an appointment. They didn’t have my filter but they went and got it and did my services and checks within an hr, as quoted. There was no sales pressure for additional services. They provided quotes for a couple things I need to get done eventually. Happy with the service and value and will definitely be back!

  Mike, the service advisor, was very kind, honest and personable. He explained what they found out about my car and was completely understanding that I didn’t want to with how many miles I have on my car. Thank you for the honesty and kindness, Mike!

  This company provided exceptional service. I worked with Mike ( great guy) to get the breaks repaired on my son's car.Mike was very professional , he explained all my options , he kept me informed during the repair process. Yes, the repair cost good. When your son tells you that the car is making a scraping sound.Take it to break plus and see Mike

  Took a chance on Breaks Plus for an oil change based on a quick Google search with solid reviews. It lived up to its reputation. Tim gave excellent customer service and was able to squeeze me in, in under an hour. I will make an appointment next time just to be more considerate of their time. Regardless, they were thorough and honest. I have a higher mileage car and knew the brakes were getting a little worn as well as it just needing a good check up. Rather than trying to sell me things I didn't actually need, Tim informed me that yes, the brakes were getting a little worn, but were not critical yet. He said they could absolutely wait until the next oil change or so. He kindly wrote up a quote for whenever I am ready to get them replaced and assured me the car was still in good shape mechanically. It is refreshing to deal with a mechanic/service station who seems to have actual integrity and honesty. Glad I rolled the dice on Brakes Plus.
