  We’ve been taking our vehicles to Brakes Plus for a few years now and have always been very pleased with the service. Tim is an excellent service advisor — professional, honest, and great to work with. Recently, I noticed a squealing noise while braking, so I brought my vehicle in to have it checked out. The Brakes Plus team inspected everything thoroughly, and when they found that everything looked okay, they handed me back my keys and didn’t charge me for the inspection. That level of honesty and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend!

  Update: The zip ties that the Grimes location used to tie on my splash shield have now also failed. You guys can expect a bill from Audi. On Friday - I was told one of their employees drained the wrong fluid. Transmission instead of the oil. Not a big deal; I know that mistakes happen. I had to leave it overnight. Came and got it no harm no foul. One day later when I get to work, the entire protective plastic panel dragging underneath my car. When I called back - this guy tells me to take his mistake down the road to the closest Brakes plus. They fixed it by zip tying it. STAY AWAY FROM CLIVE BRAKES PLUS

  Took my car in around 6 months ago, back rotors and pads needed replacing, they replaced it charged me over 500 then around 6 months later the back right pad was grinding on the rotor took it back in and was told "Yeah the left caliper is broken and needs a new hose as well, and new rotors AGAIN and new pads AGAIN" and then said "We won't charge you for one of the rotors" like I am getting a good deal 😃 And that will be "$660" I said NO. Came got my car, and found out that the right pad was not centered correctly which caused the LEFT to work harder, the calipers are perfectly fine as well as the hose! So they didn't do it correctly around 6 months ago and tried to charge me for what seems to be their mess up while at the same time acting like I am getting a good deal. This place either do not know what they're doing or can't admit what seems to be their mistake. I had to replace back rotors and pads again with a trusted mechanic that wasn't available the first time. And had to pay again for back rotors and pads and there was no issue with caliper or hose! I DO NOT recommend this place, especially to those with little to no car knowledge.
