- LLLawMay 27, 20261.0This car wash doesn’t provide the service they claim Spent all there corporate budget on fancy non representational advertising Non functioning equipment stays non functional Complaints get an auto reply that looks good in digital rendered photos, but the end result of services received in real life in no way resembles there claims. All liability is placed on the over charged consumers as a blanket for any and all complaints. No past complaints seem to get resolved as well as ongoing additional complaints are greeted with autonomy and not my problem managerial skills

The wash is so disgusting, it’s not kept well, and the staff does not come off friendly. I hate that no one guides you into the wash, so people will be right behind you, not safe! Super disappointed and will not be updating my membership anymore. Try Mister down the road instead! Much better experience there!
