I was told by a very nice young man that it was their fault. He would have the owner call me. The owner called me a couple weeks later and told me that it was my fault and that they were not paying for it. It was a $750 expense. I don't know how it could have been my fault when I was just sitting in my truck driving through. very dishonorable man was yelling at me on the phone. I would not recommend the services at this car wash
