I gave them urgent reasoning for needing it this week and they waited until the day before to tell me I won’t be able to get it done for 10 more days. I’m extremely upset they waited the entire week to inform me this. Why wouldn’t you inform the customer way before that you can not do what they paid for. All that money just for them to not do it the day they scheduled it.

The team at the shop was courteous and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off a few hours early and they got it right in! Hopefully, I don't need a windshield replacement anytime soon, but if I did, I would definitely return to Safelite!
