  Jacob V. was very kind and professional! I had just been in a car accident and was still very shaken up. Jacob helped me with finding a rental car I felt safe and comfortable with. He was patient and empathetic to my situation, which means so much to me in a time like this. My rental ran very smoothly and the process was easy.

  Helpful staff and a quick process. Prepay for the gas already in the tank (not a full tank) without having to refill it at drop-off. Willing to give me a free upgrade to the next larger class, but I choose fuel efficiency over size. Still a very comfortable ride!

  Needed a rental while my car was being repaired. Enterprise was right across the street. Communication was excellent! Car was clean and waiting for me when I arrived. Check out & check in process was quick & easy. Thank you!

She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free by taking the time to explain all of the insurance options, gas perks, and everything I needed to know before hitting the road.   Sage and the staff here at the Dodge St location deliver SUPERIOR customer service every single time! Working in an industry that i need to rent cars very frequently, I only choose this location whenever possible because they go above and beyond 100% of the time!
