  We had to rent a few 12 pax vans for my units training mission and in 3 days their team was able to get the vans we needed and get them ready to go for us. They were super friendly and amazingly helpful with everything that we needed. They made the turn in process smooth and painless and they entire team had a great attitude from start to finish! Can't wait to work with them again!

  My experience was not good. I had an appointment at 8 o’clock to drop my car off at Andrews Collision which the people I was in the accident had called to Enterprise. I called them. Talk to someone and told them I need the car at 8 AM. 40 minutes later somebody shows up only to take me back to Enterprise. And there was a line of 15 people ahead of me. It took me an hour and a half to finally get a car get back home. Not a pleasant experience. Will never rent from them again. Guess I understood if I had an appointment at 8 o’clock with a rental company they would be on time and have the car ready for me not for me to wait 40 minutes for them to show up and then another half hour to be able to speak to somebody to get in a car poor management
