  If I could post negative stars, I would. Renting from Enterprise, 3200 16 th avenue SW in Cedar Rapids, was not only the Worst experience, but the most dangerous experience ever. We were rented the only car on premises. Moments later, we discovered tire had large bubble. Upon returning to Enterprise, we were told by manager to either continue driving car or take it OURSELVES to tire repair shop. No Way! After a discussion, a young employee left premises and returned hours later with repaired tire (leaving us standing outside in heat). We were put in a possibly life threatening situation by Enterprise after flying into Cedar Rapids from Pa to care for dying sister.

  I had a great experience renting a car here. The employees were nice and knowledgeable. They allowed me to change my payment method with no issues and it took less than ten minutes to get everything done. I would definitely rent again at this location!

  In general, I will say I am extremely disappointed with enterprise. My husband and I set up more than a month ago a rental reservation for a specific vehicle and was told it would be no problem and to follow up in a couple of weeks.. My husband did so, and then some and were still reassured it would be no problem. Come the day, we were to pick up the vehicle absolutely nothing was available. How do rental places get away with doing crap?Like this? Really really put us in a bind.
