Dan was super helpful and responded with care when he realized they couldn’t get them removed either. He sent me to another one of their locations to assure I was in the best hands and could get the lugnuts removed on our tight timeline. The crew here tried their best and were honest with their limitations instead of trying to go beyond their capabilities and breaking something. I will definitely be taking my vehicles there if anything arises in the future.
