  Dan, the manager, was amazing, and listened to my concern about my truck. He called once it was diagnosed and didn't once try to up-sell parts I didn't need. I really appreciate that since this was the first time using this business. I did print the coupon before I arrived and he honored it along with giving me a military discount. Rob checked me out and was extremely polite while being busy with other customers and telephone calls. He explained what they found and what they fixed. My truck interior was just as clean as when I dropped it off. With the challenges of finding good, honest, employees like all other companies, Dan seems to have a good crew. I definitely will use them again. Tom :-)

  Gotta give it to Dan and Max for doing a wonderful job on my car. They went above and beyond to get my car fixed on 7-7-26 like they said they would. Stayed until almost midnight just to get it done so my daughter could have the car ready for work the next day. Super nice, super friendly, courteous and funny. Will definitely be returning and highly recommended. Thanks again guys for all your hard work and laughs.

  Called at 5:51pm hoping I could get in for an oil change and thankfully they took me in and got it changed in a good time! Very good customer service

  Andy is great. Dan is great. Robert is very helpful. I truly appreciate Robert and his customer service with a smile, the above and beyond attitude and service- all along the way they made it all work. I will come back!

  Rob and Dan Bouchert were AMAZING!!!! After scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling because my day kept evolving, I finally made it in for, originally, an alignment. They did their inspection, assured me, everything was tight and in good shape, and went through troubleshooting with me with what I was experiencing with my vehicle. They helped me figure out what was truly wrong with my vehicle, and didn’t just perform an alignment just to earn some money. I truly appreciate that in a business. I wanted to point out that each time I had to call and ask about scheduling and rescheduling and canceling and rescheduling again, Rob was able to fit me in before Sunday hit (and they’d be closed)…every single time, Rob was very pleasant on the phone, we joked about it and he was so accommodating. when I finally got into the store, Dan came out and joked “you do exist!“. I told them I was from undercover boss and was testing them. Lol. I would come back to the store to have work done on my vehicle anytime. Rob and Dan were so pleasant and I feel they went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me. I appreciate that and I appreciate them. Kudos!!!
