  Staff changes all the time it seems. No, to little consistency. Went to get an oil change and the front desk person told me my truck was too heavy and lifts won't work past 10k lbs. My truck is 8700lbs. She pawned me off onto a competitor. Change staff that can read and do math and I'll go back. Otherwise, I'm taking her suggestion.

  We have been taking our vehicles to Brakes Plus for oil changes, tire rotations and brakes. We have always been happy with the honesty of staff and quality of care. Today we went in for a scheduled appointment only to be told it would be an hour wait. We checked in and said we would run an errand and be back in 30 min (waiting area did not have enough seating). We ran errands and came back only to told wait was now that long or longer. Realistically they probably couldn't get to car until tomorrow. This was middle of the afternoon 3 hours before close. Girl at counter said most of the appointments were done online and there is no way to track them. We called in yesterday morning to make appt and were treated as basically a walk in. They really need to fix the online scheduling. I understand getting behind a bit and waiting a bit but this was crazy. They may have lost a loyal 5 year customer.

  Never go here! They know nothing, they said they went over my car when I was having alternator issues and needed it replaced. Said there was nothing wrong with it that it started up for them just fine every time they tried. Got home with car went to start it shortly after to see if it would start and it would not. They charged me 90$ to do nothing or even diagnose it correctly. I had it towed to my mother’s and had her neighbor mechanic friend check it out. I told him the symptoms and he said he was 95% certain it was alternator from what I said. He got a new one replaced it and had it back to me the next morning. No issues since. They were extremely rude when we called and told them we got home and car would not start again and then refused to give refund. Never will I go to this place again

  Levi and the team there were really great!! We had a last minute issue with our IAT sensor during our cross country drive, and they were able to get us in same day! They fixed the problem we took it in for and were very thorough and efficient. Unfortunately as we were leaving, they noticed another issue that needed to be handled by the dealer, but we were so grateful even for the communication and knowledge of what the problem was. Ive been to other places like this and they were only good with basic things. I was very pleased with this place! Very kind, efficient, great communication, and competent !

  Absolutely terrible. DO NIT RECOMMEND. I went here for a simple replacement of my brakes that was supposed to take three hours or less and ended up taking multiple days. The communication was horrible. I was back-and-forth to this location multiple times expecting to pick up my truck. At one point, they told me they would leave the keys in the truck and I can grab it after hours. When I went to get it, it was inside their shop. I’m not sure how many Ubers I got to get there on top of renting an car and how many of my friends I bothered to give me rides, but it was a nightmare. They did discount the cost some, but the hassle wasn’t worth it.
