  I had them inspect a 2011 silverado LT I was potentially purchasing. They did a thorough inspection, took pictures and provided a full report with concerns that needed immediate attention and things to keep an eye on that may need attention in the future. Stephen took time to explain things and was able to dum it down for me so I actually understood what he was talking about. it was reasonable priced and I appreciate the honesty.

  I thought long and hard about whether to post this review, knowing it could have a tremendous effect on someone's livelihood. However, I also feel a responsibility to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions about where they take their vehicles. What happened was not a minor oversight—it was a serious safety issue that could have had devastating consequences. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this auto shop. After having work performed on my vehicle, I discovered that the lug nuts on one of my wheels had not been properly tightened. This is a serious safety issue that could have resulted in a wheel coming loose while driving and caused a dangerous accident. Properly securing lug nuts is one of the most basic and critical parts of any wheel-related service, and there is no excuse for such careless workmanship. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I drove it about 3 miles from their shop and on an errand before finding out the lug nuts were not tight. Had I not pulled over when I did, the tire would have surely fallen off. There was already a visible 1/8-inch gap between the wheel and hub due to the lug nuts being left untightened. This could have had devastating consequences for my daughter and me, as well as for other drivers on the road. Properly securing a vehicle after service is not optional—it's a fundamental safety responsibility. As a single mom with precious cargo in my vehicle, this situation is especially alarming. The shop was aware of this, which makes what happened even more unacceptable. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this shop and will never return. Properly tightening lug nuts is a basic and critical safety responsibility, and the failure to do so demonstrates a concerning lack of care and attention to customer safety.
