  I booked a Chrysler minivan for a 9-day rental through Costco Travel to help move my daughter's belongings after her graduation in Pittsburgh. Upon pickup at the Cedar Rapids airport, I was given a Dodge Durango instead, with the counter agent assuring me it was the same size. Unfortunately, the SUV was notably smaller and lacked the cargo space of the minivan we desperately needed for the move. After reaching out to Costco Travel for assistance, the situation was turned around completely. Lance from Costco went above and beyond to coordinate a solution with the Alamo team at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The Pittsburgh site manager, Brock Bowser, took fantastic care of us and successfully switched us back into our originally reserved minivan category. Finally, when returning the vehicle at 8:00 AM on May 18th back at the Cedar Rapids airport, the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and promptly processed a refund for the price difference between the vehicles. While the initial mix-up caused a lot of anxiety during a stressful moving week, the stellar customer service from Lance (Costco), Brock Bowser (Alamo Pittsburgh), and the morning return staff at Cedar Rapids completely saved the experience. Because of their teamwork and dedication to fixing the issue, I will happily continue to rent from them through Costco Travel in the future.

  Easy pick up and drop off for the rental. Nice that I didn’t have to walk half a mile to the rental desk.

  Great service. Stayed open for us to get car when the flight was delayed. Got to drop car without filling the tank with auto fill option. Very nice people. Will use Alamo again.

  Quick and easy the second time! However We were unable to rent the first night we arrived because I had previously been in an accident on the way to the airport and lost my debit card which was the only card I had. We had to pay Lyft 100$ at 3 am to get to our hotel. Long story short you all need to allow payment through Apple Pay or Zelle or something. I had all in information for the card and a credit card was used to book there is no reason you all needed a physical card. The guy at the counter sat and watched us trying to get a cab or uber for two hours until 3am. When we finally got the Lyft. Everyone accepts Apple Pay what can’t you? Or why he couldn’t just type in the card number? My son and I are in an accident on the way to the airport, missed both of our flights, new flights were delayed, landed but sat on the tarmac for 2 hours then top it off with Alamo unwillingness to help us. We started the day at 3am and ended the day at 4am. Although after I had a card overnighted, renting the second time was good, the lack of their willingness to help a woman and her son at 4am absolutely ruined my experience with your company, get with the times and get Apple Pay!
