    The oil change MOBILE ONE business in Burlington Iowa was TRASH! They were rude and overfilled my power steering fluid amongst other things. I'm beyond pleased to see that Valvoline replaced them . The team there were friendly and efficient and got me in and out . The manager listened to my concerns and took very good care of me! I have always used Valvoline and will continue to. Thanks for putting a reputable oil change business in place of the other one!

    The customer service was great, quick and respectful. Not sure I like driving in guided this way, now this way, straight, nope now left etc... And the extra services offered could be a pamphlet instead of seeing it on the computer and going through it for 10 minutes. But all in all we will be back again. Matt the manager was super nice

    Came in for an oil change, they offered to check my tire pressure, battery life, and transmission all for free. The oil wasn’t more expensive than I’m used to and the service was much better. They were clear about what they were doing, I didn’t even have to get out of the car. Very much recommended!

    Great experience as always! Roy always takes great care of me and makes sure everything is done right. Matt also does an excellent job and is always professional and attentive. The whole team is friendly, efficient, and makes every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!
