  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re traveling I-80 through Iowa, the Pilot in Brooklyn is definitely a stop worth making! I spend a lot of time on the road, and having a clean, convenient, and well-run travel center can make a big difference during a long trip. This Pilot has a great location right off the interstate, making it easy to get in and out without wasting a lot of time. The property was clean and well maintained, and there was a good overall atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can pull in, fuel up, take a break, grab something to eat or a cold drink, and get everything you need before getting back on the road. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated when you’ve been driving for hours. I also appreciate when a truck stop keeps things organized and makes the stop feel easy rather than stressful. Whether you’re a professional truck driver or just traveling across Iowa with your family, this is a convenient place to stop and recharge. After spending so many hours traveling I-80, I’ve learned that the little things matter — clean facilities, friendly service, easy access, and a place where you can take a break and feel comfortable. This Pilot checked all the boxes for me. I would definitely stop here again the next time I’m coming through Brooklyn. If you’re making your way across Iowa on I-80, add this one to your list of good places to stop! Great location, friendly service, clean facilities, and an overall excellent travel stop.   The prices are affordable. The place is clean and organized. The products are varied. And the staff are absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and courteous.

  What a joke this place is. Nice building. Too bad the employees are lazy. Half their employees didn't show up. So, no showers.... long line at Subway because of only one person working there. If the owner reads this, you need to immediately fire the manager (who was hiding in the office, instead of picking up the slack of missing employees) Drivers, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

  Increíblemente fatal el servicio 😡 tuve que esperar ya no recuerdo cuanto para poderme bañar finalmente lo logré después de las 12 de la media noche y otra persona decidió irse sin bañar luego de reclamar y obtener una respuesta vaga y sin argumento el servicio del Subway al parecer es para personas sin apetito pues es igual de malo hablando de ese local

  Это просто ужас, души не убирают, очень ленивый персонал. Почти час стою, а он убрал всего 3 душевых, остальные просто стоят грязные
