- DDDerik Djemi3 days ago1.0I wonder if the showers have a schedule? I arrived at 9 pm and have been in line for an hour and 7 already. I think they stopped cleaning them. I went inside and was told only three showers were working. I asked how they worked if I'd already been waiting for two and the line wasn't changing. Why is it that when you spend an hour filling up your car with $800 worth of gas, there's no problem, but when you want to take a shower, there's a problem? Maybe it's because the cleaner wanted to and closed the shower so he wouldn't have to clean it.

- LLLashiaJul 18, 20261.0I pulled in here exhausted, needing a quick shower so I could get some sleep. When I saw 9 people in line, I figured it wouldn’t take too long because the facility has 7 showers total. I was completely wrong. Out of the 7 showers, only 2 were actually open. The other 5 were locked up tight. Apparently, there is only one person working the night shift to clean them, and they went on an extended break with no return time specified.+this guy is super rude with 0 communication skillss There were absolutely no signs, alerts, or communication letting drivers know about the massive delay. If I had known it was going to be a two-hour wait just to get a basic shower at 1:00 AM, I would have gladly taken my business to a different location down the road. Running a major truck stop on the night shift with only one cleaner makes zero sense. Management needs to hire more staff to keep these facilities running properly and put up signs when things are shut down. Drivers have tight schedules and need rest—stop wasting our time.
