Car x got the size i needed ordered and delivered over night, just for me to get them on get home and realize i made a big boo boo. I ordered the wrong tires! When i called car X I spoke to a nice person named Mariam i believe please forgive me for spelling. And she was so nice she called the manager and told me they would take care of me and figure it all out! At 7:40am manager Will called to let me know he got it situated and to come in to get them swapped out! Quick fast in a hurry! It was an experience! Anymore when you mess up people just shrug and move on to the next! Will was so nice and so helpful! I just appreciate everything! Thank you again!

He was courteous, professional and took care of the problem in less than half an hour. When I asked what I owed, Will just responded, “No charge,” and wouldn’t accept any payment. Like I said earlier, it was a small repair, but you don’t see that kind courtesy very often these days. I remarked that I was surprised the facility had gotten a few bad reviews, and he just shrugged as if to say, “Goes with the territory.” As for me, I was impressed and highly recommend this CarX facility.
- DDDan DraheimMay 27, 20261.0I was out of town when my girlfriend's car started making a noise which I believed to be the front passenger wheel bearing (very loud, distinct, easily identifiable sound). I told her to take it to get it fixed and say she believes that's what it is as she had a long trip she needed to go on before I returned. When she took it in, they told her that her wheel bearing was fine and she needed new rear brakes and shocks. They also charged for and claimed they aligned the wheels (which is impossible to do with a busted wheel bearing). After getting the car back, the noise was even worse. When I got back in town, and after her trip, I took it back in and confronted the guy about it. He claimed the car was never making that noise and they checked the wheel bearing and it was fine but would check again since I was so insistent. Big surprise-- the issue was the front passenger wheel bearing. He stated it was fine when they first checked it but they needed to use a stethoscope on the wheel bearing to identify that it was busted. They let a customer leave with a busted wheel bearing to go on a 12 hour round trip. If you cannot be your own advocate and know a fair amount about your vehicle, I advise to stay away from a service and safety perspective. UPDATE: a month later, one of the two shocks they replaced is shot and both need to be replaced and I have not heard back from carx corporate after reaching out to them per their reply to my original review.
