Made me aware of certain problems but didn’t press the transaction too hard. Understood what I wanted and made it a smooth process. The entire staff are professional in their work and give off good energy for customers to build their trust (especially those who don’t know much about cars). never felt like I was being taken advantage of - which is a big thing when it comes to vehicle repair. Want to thank Jeannie, Moe, and the rest of the crew for a pleasant experience.

While I did have to wait just a little while longer they gave me a good discount to make up for it which totally made up that. The service was fast and everyone was so nice from the moment it started to when that I left. I would like to mention that the man checking me out, Blaise, was specifically very kind conversational and overall provided me with great customer service.

I appreciate that they don’t pressure you to buy things like I’ve experienced at dealerships; especially being a women. They are honest and straight with their customers about the vehicles needs. I went in for an oil change and they told me they recommended to replace my air filter. They showed it to me and it definitely needed replaced. They asked to check the cabin air filter, but I already have one at home to change it out and they didn’t push the topic. They are quick and reliable for my cars needs.
