  Emily was absolutely amazing! I was having a rough day beforehand, and after getting me in and taken care of super quick with amazing professionalism, it made my day a bit better. Way to go Emily!

  Seems like a nice place, but the staff were rude and unhelpful. My first interaction was an attempt to upsell me to a membership. I’ve had multiple car wash memberships over the years, but I wanted to try this wash first. Even after I said twice that I only wanted a single wash, I was still pushed toward a membership. I also wanted to try their touchless wash and was told I could request it once I got to the wash entrance. After finally paying for a single wash and pulling forward, I was immediately yelled at to put my window up. When I asked for the touch-free wash, I was shouted at and told it was only available for members. The wash itself was okay, although it didn’t remove the bugs from my windshield. The staff, however, created a very poor experience overall. I’ve never had an experience like this at the many other car washes I’ve visited, and I would not recommend this place.

  Had a great experience here. Everything was quick, thorough, and the car came out looking great. Huge shoutout to Adin for the excellent service. You can tell he really cares about doing a great job and making sure customers leave happy. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Delightful employees who always greet you with a smile and often a free dashboard wipe. There are always complimentary clean cloths and a variety of cleaners available for you use to clean the inside of your car, the vacuums are always working well and …oh yes! The car wash itself is great!

  This car wash does not work properly, is overpriced, and speaking to anyone that could give a refund was impossible. I ignored the reviews (even with pictures) and decided to give this place a try and make my own decision. I was wrong and I shouldn't have ignored the reviews. 1. The wash does not work properly. First, it failed while I was in the wash. All lights out inside and it didn't run any of the remaining cycles when it the system was back online. I went thru the the car wash entirely on my second try, but the brushes don't touch the vehicle in the front or the back. My vehicle was left as dirty as other reviewers pictures have shown. Obviously, there is a neglected adjustment or repair. 2. The only wash (with dry) was $22 for a single wash + tax. That's on the very high of that type of car wash around here. Which is fine with them as they only care about selling you a membership. I had to decline 4 times before the employee begrudgingly let me purchase a single wash. 3. There is no one in-charge on-duty. Considering the problem I had with the wash failing during my first time thru, I thought the employees who turned the wash back on would be available when I returned to ask to go thru again. They were not. I had the opportunity to wait until they decided to look out a window to get help. This also became a significant issue when I went to request a refund. All contact info (website, phone #) will take you to Rocket Car Wash (the chain owners and or franchise). Unfortunately, it's a call center that doesn't do anything but deal with memberships. I was told that even the company has no way to reach the Manager of the location except via MS Teams, and I was also told not I might not hear back as it's a known problem. When I asked what I'm supposed to do the call center person had no clue. Summary: This car wash is staffed without adult supervision, isn't working properly, and is overpriced. Should you tempt fate and go there because you're in the area, please take my advice and just don't. Drive a dirty car that day and go some place else that costs less and actually does what it's supposed to; Wash your car.
