  They make it impossible to cancel membership. Customer service is always “busy” Every time you call you wait 40 minutes, no matter what time you call. An they do everything they can not to give you a refund.

  I had a membership here for some months, everything was ok until one day their automatic moving belts malfunctioned, not sure exactly what happened but it pushed my car into another car twice and it’s not worth the hassle of getting many new bumper quotes and repair etc. Just take it to a single lane car wash or a manual car wash.

  I really feel I get a decent wash each time I visit. I always have to wipe water off of the car after going through the air blower. However, two concerns. On one occasion, I had a tire valve stem broke/cracked after a wash. I was able to get home (1/2 mile) without noticing the slow leak. Tire was flat an hour later. $110 to replace the stem/pressure gauge. But my biggest gripe is stacking a vehicle nearly on my back bumper. Please give us more room. It shouldn't be a competition to see who can push through the most vehicles per hour. Photo included for refrence.

  I waited in line with several other customers, paid for a car wash, and then watched multiple vehicles—including mine—go through while the WASH WASN’T EVEN TURNED ON I have a video that clearly shows what happened. This is completely unacceptable. Either no one was paying attention, or they knowingly continued sending customers through without providing the service they paid for. Both possibilities reflect extremely poor management. I expect much better from a business charging customers for a service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this car wash.

  Have asked for touch less on multiple occasions at this Rocket Carwash/Shine Shop location as well the Altoona location, without receiving it. I have multiple DEEP scratches on my truck, with less than 3000 miles on it, that have accrued because of laziness of workers by not pressing touch less. I have given them multiple chances by asking them to put a note on my profile as well as asking every time I go through. That is biggest complaint ontop of my vehicle never being clean after going through.
