  Amazing service amazing customer service and staff.very knowledgeable . I know nothing about cars and they explained everything in a manner I could understand.. serviced my vehicle with care.. I would say they have the best prices in the city and even for the highest level of oil changes..highly recommend to get your oil changed here ..

  Used to get my cars serviced here about 10 or 12 years ago. I was impressed with the professional service I received then. Today I stopped to get the works done on a recently purchased Toyota Camry 2006. Well, they out did my expectations. They knew what they were doing. Performed all the services I asked for quickly and efficiently. Austin was extremely polite and helpful. I have 5 more vehicles that need service. I know where I am taking them. Great job, fair price.

  Got an oil change here on my Tundra , and they forgot to put my housing in my new oil filter ! Which causes a lot of damage after the filter collapses! DO NOT use this place !! Go to a real shop !! Or do it yourself ! Called and they said they have no official record to verify !

  This is probably hands down the best oil change place I’ve been to, other than the dealership—and we all know dealerships will overcharge you pretty much every time. 😂 I love that when I pull up, they already have my license plate in the system, so they know what I got last time and what I usually need. The staff is always super friendly and professional, and I really like that you can actually see everything happening underneath your car while they’re doing the oil change. The best part I’m usually in and out in about 15 minutes. Could I go somewhere cheaper? Absolutely. But for the convenience, customer service, and how quick they are, this is hands down one of the best places I’ve gone for an oil change. They also always have coupons, whether you’re a first time customer or a returning customer, which definitely helps.

  I called and told them exactly what I wanted. I told them I wanted my transmission fluid and filter changed and the fluid in my differentials changed and they gave me a price. I thought the price was a little high, but I wanted it done. When I got there, I walked in, talked to a guy in the office told him what I wanted. He said, yeah, I think we can drop the pan in that truck, which I knew they could because I saw the tutorial on youtube but decided I didn't want to do it Myself. The guy inside and said yeah, you'll have to go to the kiosk around the side and tell them what you want. When I got to the kiosk, I told the lady what I wanted, and she said, yeah, we don't change the transmission filter. I said the guy inside said you could do it. She says, yeah, we don't change the transmission filter. We just suck out the fluid. I said, I called ahead and I drove all the way from west des. Moines, she said, yeah, we don't change the transmission filter. We just suck out the fluid. I left, and now i'm gonna tell everybody I noticed, stay away from LOF.
