  Very fast, in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was great, and they let you watch the work on monitors while you sit in your vehicle. Cool stuff! Price is a bit higher than other places, but the speed couldn't be beat. If you're tight on time and have an extra $30-40, good spot.

  Lead technician inspected all the fluids. Accurate and detailed. Showed samples and matched to recommended service intervals. A team of LOF technicians performed the maintenance tasks in half the estimated time. LOF saves me time and money. This is the real deal.

  Fortunately lol has reduced the quality of its service and would it offers for the different oil change options. The express option used to include fluid fill under the hood and tire pressure. Now it is only an oil change and it is now the price that it used to be for the extended service. I can pay the same price for an extensive service for oil change at the car dealer which I will be going to from now on.

  My wife went in for an oil change and they told her that her car was older and it takes a special oil so the only option was the best option. She brought it to my attention and I told her that it takes 5W 30 which is the most common oil on the market. My wife spoke up to them and they came back with “ The kiosk has been acting funny lately we can do that for you” And ended up dropping the price from 120 down to 75. Be aware, They target women that don’t know how cars work. This is why the auto industry has a bad reputation because of companies like yours. You should be ashamed of yourself. Who even knows how many other people this company has ripped off?. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
