I figured they wouldn’t be happy about that considering they would rather sell you a tire and know that you are leaving with a new Safe tire. The lady at the desk said sure we can, as soon as my guy gets done I’ll get him to take care of that for you. Kaden came out to the vehicle and started working on my tire swap. This guy had such a hard time with my messed up lug nuts and never showed frustration, just kept smiling and making small talk while his hands were working. After all that work they said no charge. Major Wow What the manager didn’t know is that my van was full because we were on our way to send off my mom at the airport so the whole family was in the vehicle. We were a little tight on time and we were coming from Ft Dodge. I didn’t buy a tire because my wheel hub needed replacing and the part was due to arrive in a day or two. I didn’t want to ruin a new tire with that long of a drive. She didn’t ask, she just helped. You don’t see many managers helping out people over making a sale. And you don’t see many young people like Kaden work so hard and have a great attitude while doing it. I am very grateful for getting us back on the road and treating us so good.
