  Good place to go if you need a vehicle to rent while yours is being repaired, friendly staff, clean office, very helpful,very friendly.

  We needed substitute transportation while our vehicle was being repaired. The staff at Enterprise helped with pricing and the insurance company to provide a suitable vehicle to take care of our needs. They did a great job and took good care of us.

  We had reserved a premium SUV for our family 7 to travel to FL for Christmas, but when we went to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t available due to it being “damaged”. The only other option was a minivan. Super disappointing, as we were looking forward to having a roomier and more comfortable ride for our big family,

  Both local Ankeny Enterprise locations just so happen to NOT have ANYTHING available when I walked in. It’s almost as if they intentionally did not want to service me.
