- GTGary ThorntonSep 24, 20265.0Enterprise was right there when I needed it. The Nissan Rogue I drove was clean, and handled well. My Enterprise experience was excellent!!
- MMMike mishlerSep 21, 20264.0Even with scheduled time to pick up and checked in for that time. Still wasn’t ready. But, made up for it with added services. Also, when you rent a minivan for the stow n go. And we needed up with a hybrid. No stow n go. Had to replan loading for a very long 10 day trip.
- B4Big Toe 44Sep 21, 20265.0Used my bank card, utility bill and proof of insurance to rent my minivan for the week- they placed the hold for full amount of rental plus $300. Easy and out of there! Thanks for being the easiest part of my day!
- DDDonna DSep 10, 20264.0The office in Ankeny was super busy and it took several hours until a car was available. I should have tried another less busy Enterprise office but overall the service was very good. It was awesome that I could return my car to an Enterprise office that was closest to me without any extra charges. The people were always friendly.
- GBGrant BoalSep 4, 20261.0Unacceptable Experience I would strongly recommend avoiding the Enterprise location in Ankeny, Iowa. Their website clearly states that customers under 25 can rent a vehicle by paying an additional young renter fee. I booked the rental based on that information, only to have the process turn into an absolute nightmare. The vehicle was supposed to be ready at 10:30 AM. Instead, I was left waiting until approximately 4:00 PM — nearly six hours later. And after waiting all that time, they didn’t even have the vehicle I reserved. So to recap: Enterprise advertises that they rent to customers under 25 with an additional fee, I make a reservation based on that policy, I show up expecting the vehicle to be ready at 10:30 AM, wait until 4:00 PM, and then find out the vehicle isn’t even the one I reserved. That is an absolutely ridiculous way to treat a paying customer. If you can’t honor the reservation or don’t actually intend to follow the policies advertised on your own website, don’t let customers book the rental in the first place. Completely wasted my time and seriously disrupted my plans. I won’t be using Enterprise in Ankeny again
