- LBLuke BurgettApr 26, 20264.0EDIT: They explained the issue to me, they are still normally open on sundays. They need to update their online hours and their website. They're hours say they're open on Sundays, so I was able to make an appointment on their website and get a confirmation email about the appointment. When I showed up, the door was locked and they were closed. If they get back to me and update their hours I will change this review.

I was on a tight schedule and she made sure everything was handled quickly while still making me feel like my time and concerns mattered. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It’s not often you find customer service that is both friendly and respectful of your time. I really appreciated Katherine’s help and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing reliable auto service.
- MSMaddi SakerDec 26, 20252.0I am leaving this review for a few reasons I work near the store and had mentioned that I would pick my truck up at 7 as I dropped it off around 9am. I do this to be kind and give them time to do the oil change whenever is most convenient for them. The gentlemen told me to have a good day and I walked over to my work. As I went to leave work at 7pm. The store was closed down and no one was there which I found very worrying as I had no way home and all my belongings were in my veichle. The only call I got was at 12:54 that came up as spam and had no voicemail left. I take accountability on my part for not looking up the time they closed but I had also driven by many times and there are still people in there after 7 and I told the staff I would pick it up at 7 and no one stopped to tell me they would be closed by then. I am really disappointed because I was almost stranded 35 minutes away from my home with no way home.
