  🚨 DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 🚨 I have tried to be patient, professional, and communicate my concerns directly with this company, but after being completely ignored and dismissed, I feel like other customers deserve to know about my experience. On 06/04/2026, I brought my car in for an oil change. Within ONE WEEK, my car started having major problems. It was jolting back and forth, and I could smell fumes coming from the vehicle. I immediately took it to a mechanic to figure out what was going on. He found that the oil filter was BLACK and severely clogged. When I told him I had just gotten an oil change a week earlier, he literally laughed and said there was no way the filter looked like that if the oil change had actually been done properly. I was then told that, due to what happened during the oil change, my vehicle had suffered damage involving the timing chain and catalytic converter. I ended up paying approximately $1,800 in repairs on a car I had JUST purchased. At that point, I went back to the company to give them an opportunity to address the situation. I was told the main manager wasn’t there and that someone would contact me. Nobody called. I waited an entire week and went back myself. I was then told that the manager had supposedly spoken with the regional manager and that the regional manager would contact me. Once again… NOBODY CALLED. Today is 08/17/2026, and I am STILL waiting. What makes me even more angry is not only the amount of money I have had to spend because of this situation, but the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. If your company makes a mistake that potentially causes thousands of dollars in damage to someone’s vehicle, the absolute least you can do is communicate with the customer and take the situation seriously. Instead, I’ve been ignored, passed around, and dismissed. I gave this company multiple opportunities to make this right, and they chose not to. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. I would hate for someone else to spend their hard-earned money on an oil change only to end up dealing with the same nightmare I have been dealing with. DO NOT GO HERE.

  the best service i’ve ever been given, came in at 430 as i had an issue with my coolant and they got me in with zero complaints. A++++

  Barry was amazing! Surprises involving car repair are never good surprises, but they were more than willing to work with us and help us find a solution within our budget, plus get us back on the road same day!
