  They are very fast with their repairs and are incredibly professional. Got my Nissan Maxima running smoothly once again for a reasonable price. Jim was also very helpful in answering any questions I had and breaking it down so I could easily understand. Highly recommend bringing your car in here!

  During an oil change, they found that a tie rod desperately needed to be replaced - I’m grateful they let me know! I didn’t have time for it to be fixed that day, so I made an appointment online for two days later when I had a free two hours. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told the parts were not ordered and that it would take well over two hours to complete because they would have to wait for the parts shop to open. I will now have to come back at a different time due to their poor planning.

  Scheduled a brake job and oil change for 9:00. They didn’t pull my car into the garage until 9:40. I waited another 45 minutes until I asked the if they knew how long the service would take. I was told the brakes would be fine until December, I told them to go ahead and replace them now. They told me it would be after noon when it would be done and they would call. I left. At 3:30 they called and told me they ordered brakes pads two different times and they were both the wrong kind but the correct pads were on the way. Then at 4:14 I received another call stating the same thing, it would be done soon as the wrong pads were ordered. At 5:30 I called to see when it would be done. I was told if I left in 10 minutes it would be done when I arrived. I arrived at 5:50, they closed at 6:00. I was told they were wrapping it up. It was done at 6:45. I then was asked if I wanted a printed or email receipt. I replied printed. The printer didn’t work so the employee asked if email was alright, I said sure. The next day I noticed oil on my garage floor so I went back to the store. I told the employee about the oil and I still hadn’t received my receipt. They took the car back and realized they hadn’t tightened the bolt. I got the receipt and saw they only replaced the rear brakes but not the front been even though I told them to. Plus, when they did the brakes I asked if they could clean the caliper covers, or I could, he said they would handle it, they didn’t. They had my car for 9 hours and 45 mins. and they gave me $25 off. I’m done with Brakes Plus.
