- CAChristie Ahrens5 days ago1.0Wish I could give zero stars. Arrived for my scheduled appointment only to find the door locked. There was no sign posted and no prior communication that the location would be closing early. I called and spoke with a call center representative who was unaware of any early closure. They apologized and said they would escalate the issue, but that doesn’t help me now. The biggest frustration is that I can’t simply reschedule and come back. This is my daughter’s car, and she is driving back to college, so returning isn’t an option. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t experience the same thing.
- MKMandy KriegerOct 4, 20265.0Very prompt and professional!
- MFMike FraneySep 28, 20265.0Scheduling was very smooth and quick. Spencer was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. On time and efficient.
- TWTim WrightSep 20, 20265.0Will be my place to go if ever I need glass service again. Vehicle was in and out in a better than quoted time frame. And the workmanship top notch appreciate quality of service and professional handling of the job.
- IHI HazanSep 15, 20265.0Wish I could leave 4.5 stars, because appointment got rescheduled 2 separate times by Safelite (once because they discovered on day of that they didn't have the windshield, even thought the appointment was schedule 10 days prior, and second time got cancelled due to unknow reasons) which, but when work was done, it was done well and efficiently.
