This crew turned my Saturday afternoon emergency experience into a positive. They changed my oil, air filters and even helped me diagnose a problem with my engine. I will be going back and spreading the word!

Always great customer service and quality work. They accommodated me and my toddler by allowing us inside to change. Was taking longer than I had expected but my return was greeted with helpful smiles. Allowing me to take care of my son, they continued their work and parked my car to the side until I was ready.

Great experience. In and out in maybe 15 mins. The whole crew was great to deal with but Shelly made sure to keep me informed of everything that was going on.

Had my first visit to LOF Xpress in Ames Iowa. Fabulous experience… and a frictionless process. I would go there anytime over going to the dealership like I used to. I had my oil changed and tires rotated.
