- ANAmy NeisenAug 8, 20261.0The manager said she would not be able to help me today as they were closing even though she had an hour and half before closing and a rental car was reserved already by my insurance company. When I asked to talk to her manager she said she was the manager and when asked to speak with her boss she said she didn't have one. I than asked for the number to the corporate office she refused to give it to me and told me to look it up and said due to my " attitude" she would not be renting to me and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional and clearly does not care about providing good customer service. She definately should not be in the role of management.

- SMshawn murphyJul 20, 20265.0Had a week long rental out of the Ames Iowa enterprise. Dj and the whole team were outstanding. Everything went exactly how you would want and then Mabye even alittle better. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again !
