I was peppering him with questions about the wipers because it was one of the weirdest connectors I'd seen and the aftermarket adapters looked completely different than the wipers we'd taken off. He was patient in showing me what he was doing and getting us squared away. I like to know how things work, especially if Zach's not there next time I have to change them, LoL, so I appreciated him taking the time to show me how the kit went together to fit the new wipers on. What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
